This refers to any type of clothing. It can be from a hat to a glove to plate armor. My favorite article of clothing in a video game Solid Snake's octocamo. I love that it is great at protecting you and you can sneak up right behind your enemy wearing it.

This is the other Duffy talking. My favorite article of clothing in a video game is the pig-guy's jet boots in Beyond Good and Evil. I didn't finish the game due to a faulty disk, but I liked the way even though they didn't work as jet boots for flying, he could create tremors with them.
